Since 2003, Mr. Ginster continues to provide aggressive and competent representation to a wide range of clients, both small businesses and individuals, throughout central and west Michigan. 

From 1994 to 2002, Mr. Ginster served as criminal justice policy advisor to Governor John Enlger.  From 1995-to 1996, he served as Acting Director of the Michigan Office of Drug Control Policy.  From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Ginster served as a Special Assistant Attorney General, assigned to the Criminal Appellate Division.

Mr. Ginster is a former judicial law clerk and is a published legal author.  For seven years, he was a very active courtroom prosecutor.  He was chair of the Governor's Criminal Justice Advisory Council and was appointed to the Michigan Sentencing Guidelines Commssion.

Mr. Ginster has also served as a Training Faculty Member for the Prosecuting Attorney's Coordinating Council and has attended the National College of District Attorneys.  He has previously testified before state legislative committees and Congress. 

In addition to his law degree, Mr. Ginster holds a B.A. in Public Administration from Michigan State.  He is admitted in both
state and federal courts.
